My instagram feed is filled with green smoothies and every version of the #cleaneating hashtag. Nice work, guys. I figured I’ll help support that and put together a round up of healthy recipes. I’ve got everything from breakfast to dinner and all that’s in between.
My goal recently has been to try and get more greens into my family’s diet. Adding them to eggs, lentils, pasta, as well as getting creative with smoothies. I feel when I make small, but healthy choices, I make better eating decisions overall. I also find the more greens I eat, the more balanced I feel, emotionally and physically. Right now, our family needs all the greens we can get.
Putting this together, it’s reminded me of some great recipes that I need to revisit. My husband hates that I don’t make the same thing more than a few times. I can’t help it. I love testing and creating new recipes.
